Tournament Most Outstanding Player: Ryan Miller, goaltender, Cheshire

Highlights: Cheshire broke open a 2-1 lead with a goal 0.3 seconds left in the second period, and then tacked on three quick goals in the final period. Evan Vasiljevs had two goals, while Jack Fernicola had one goal and two assists. Ryan Fraser assisted on three goals. Ryan Miller made 29 saves in net.

Division III

Semifinals – Tuesday, Feb. 27 @Danbury Ice Arena –

#1 New Milford 4, #4 Newtown/New Fairfield 2

#3 BBDI co-op 4, #2 Masuk 2

Division III Championship Game – Thursday, February 29 @Danbury Ice Arena

#3 BBDI co-op 5, #1 New Milford 4 (OT)

Tournament Most Outstanding Player: Jovanni Smeriglio, BBDI co-op

Highlights: Congrats to the BBDI co-op, which won the Division III title with a come-from-behind 5-4 overtime victory over New Milford on Feb. 29 at Danbury Ice Arena. Jovanni Smeriglio (BBDI) scored three goals, including the game-winner in overtime.
