Twenty teams participate in softball in the SCC.  The following divisions will be in effect for the 2024 season.

Housatonic: Guilford, Amity Regional, Foran, Hamden, Lyman Hall
Oronoque: West Haven, East Haven, Sheehan, Shelton, Hillhouse
Quinnipiac: Cheshire, Sacred Heart Academy, Daniel Hand, Wilbur Cross, Career
