Nineteen teams participate in softball in the SCC.  The following divisions will be in effect for the 2026 season.

Hammonasset: Cheshire, Shelton, Sheehan, Hamden, Lauralton Hall

Housatonic: Amity Regional, Jonathan Law, Guilford, Branford, Wilbur Cross

Oronoque: Foran, North Haven, East Haven, West Haven, Hillhouse/Career

Quinnipiac: Mercy, Lyman Hall, Daniel Hand, Sacred Heart Academy
