SCC Championship Meet – Wednesday, October 15 @East Shore Park – New Haven
Xavier won its 10th straight SCC boys cross country title. The Falcons (32) finished ahead of runner-up Amity Regional (44) and third-place Hamden (108). The 32 score was tied for the fourth-lowest team total in SCC championship meet history.
Xavier was led by sophomore Nolan O’Connor, senior Landon Rubano and junior Peter Torello, who finished fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively.
Amity Regional senior Luke Cushing (15:43) won the race for the second straight year, winning by nearly 16 seconds over second-place finisher Alex Medina (Hamden).
