With its co-championship in boys golf on May 30, Cheshire High School earned its record-setting ninth SCC playoff title in 2022-23.
The previous record was eight titles, set three times — twice by Amity Regional in 2005-06 and 2015-16, and by Daniel Hand in 2017-18.
In the 2022 fall season, the Rams captured five league titles — girls cross country, girls soccer, girls swimming, girls volleyball and field hockey. So far in the 2023 spring season, Cheshire has captured the girls lacrosse, boys lacrosse, boys volleyball and boys golf titles.
