There are 16 schools that participate in boys swimming in two divisions (I and II).

Division I:  Fairfield Prep, Amity Regional, Greater New Haven co-op (North Haven, East Haven, Guilford), Xavier, Daniel Hand,  Cheshire, Hamden,  Haddam Killingworth Co-op

Division II: Sheehan/Lyman Hall/Coginchaug co-op, Waterford Co-op,  East Lyme Co-op, Fitch Co-op,  Notre Dame-WH, Milford Co-op, Shelton, West Haven
