In 2013, the Southern Connecticut Conference merged with the South-West Conference to create three-division league with 23 teams.  Teams are required to play one “counting game” against its division opponent during the regular season (it is the first meeting between the two teams if they play twice).

Division II (12): Amity Regional, Branford, Cheshire, Daniel Hand, East Haven co-op, Guilford, Hamden, Lyman Hall, North Branford, North Haven, Watertown-Pomperaug co-op, West Haven 

Division III (7):  BBD co-op, JBWA co-op, Masuk, Milford co-op, New Milford, Newtown-New Fairfield co-op, Shepaug-Litchfield co-op
