There are 19 teams, divided into four divisions, that compete in SCC baseball. The following divisions will be in effect for the 2025 season.

Hammonasset:  Guilford, Hamden, Fairfield Prep, East Haven, Hillhouse/Career

Housatonic: Amity Regional, Xavier, Sheehan, Foran, Branford 
Oronoque: Notre Dame, North Haven, Shelton, Cheshire, Wilbur Cross
Quinnipiac: Daniel Hand, Lyman Hall, Jonathan Law, West Haven
