Twenty teams will make up four divisions for the 2021 SCC Girls Basketball regular-season, playing 12 games.

Following the regular-season, all 20 teams will make the league playoffs.
Division I: Amity Regional, Daniel Hand, East Haven, Hamden, Hillhouse, Jonathan Law, Mercy, Sheehan, Shelton, Wilbur Cross
Division II: Branford, Career, Cheshire, Foran, Guilford, Lauralton Hall, North Haven, Lyman Hall, Sacred Heart Academy, West Haven
